McMichael Canadian Art Collection

The McMichael Canadian Art Collection is an art gallery dedicated to showcasing and collecting pieces from Canadian artists. The gallery has a permanent collection of over 7,000 pieces including work by notable artists Tom Thomson, the Group of Seven and many First Nations, Metis and Inuit artists that have contributed to the development of Canadian artistry. Canadian Shield's Managing Partner Andrew W. Dunn is the Chair of the McMichael Canadian Art Foundation Board.

Hockey Helps the Homeless

Hockey Helps the Homeless believes all Canadians deserve to have a place to call home. Through Pro-Am hockey tournaments across the country, players raise funds to help make a difference in their own communities. 100% of net proceeds stay within the city the tournament is held and since 1996, the organization has granted over $21 million to fund housing projects and services including meals, mental health/addiction support, education and more.
